Ripa Concrete Cutting were called in by Ryonex Pty Ltd to saw cut, excavate and re-pour new service trenches as part of the ground works for Capral’s new state of the art powder coating facility in Huntingwood NSW.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Located and marked all live services and utilities using their Ground Penetration Radar (GPR Scanner) before saw cutting trenches with the Husqvarna FS4800D Road Saw
Removed and disposed of more than 80 tonnes of concrete from site
Drilled more than 2000 core holes ready for concrete pour. This included the placing and tying of steel, formwork, and epoxying of starter bars
