Road & Floor Sawing

Petrol, Diesel or Electric ... the choice is yours!

We know that every job is different.
Using diamond blade technology, our road saws are designed to cut up to 500mm deep through asphalt and concrete. They are purpose built and are designed to be powerful with a cutting range of 5hp to 65hp.

Designed to cut through asphalt and concrete, both our petrol and diesel road saws are designed to maximize production rates. They are fast and efficient - built for the task at hand.

Features include:

Capacity to cut to 380mm deep through asphalt and concrete

An electronic tracking system that allows us to easily make adjustments whilst cutting to ensure the cuts are straight

Our diesel machines are equipped with a diesel particle filter (DPF) which produce low emissions

All our road saws are low maintenance which means that there are less breakdowns and faster turn around

We pride ourselves on being able to offer this purpose built machine to our customers. The 42hp diesel saw exemplifies the philosophy of deep sawing. It can quite comfortably cut to a depth of 500mm (120mm deeper than our standard petrol and diesel road saws) and has been developed to operate under a varying and pronounced conditions.

Features include:

Unlike our standard petrol and diesel saws, our deep road saw can cut to 500mm deep

Performance built and capable of completing even the toughest of jobs

With all the features of a standard petrol driven road saw, this purpose built electric road saw is powered by a 40hp motor, requiring 32amp 3phase power. This saw is ideal for those jobs where petrol or diesel application's aren't suited.

Features include:

Capacity to cut to 300mm deep - perfect for all internal floors and suspended slabs

A near zero noise application means that unlike our petrol and diesel saws, you'll only hear the blade running.

Our Soff Cut machine (also known as early entry sawing) provides us with the best solution for minimizing the risk of random cracking when concrete develops internal stresses. These stresses form random cracks which may cause chipping or spalling of the concrete.

Features include:

Patented low noise blade enclosure which allows the unit to be used in residential areas with minimal disruption

Concrete can be cut within the first one or two hours of finishing and before final set

Unlike our petrol and diesel road saws, our soff cut has a low-dust blade block system which allows the saw to cut dry making clean-up easier

We've thought about the risks. That's why all of our equipment comes with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) developed by the Concrete Cutting and Drilling Association of Australia (CSDAA) to help keep everyone safe.
